Description
Avante Audio IGS205 Imperio Pro Ground Stack Bar
The Avante Audio IGS205 Ground Stack Bar is an essential structural mounting accessory designed to maintain a clean visual look and tight physical footprint for your mobile sound system. Made from heavy-duty structural steel, this mounting bar serves as the critical mechanical connection that securely locks your line array tops into position.
The primary function of the IGS205 is to facilitate the orderly stacking of up to six Imperio Pro IMP205 line array modules directly onto a single Imperio Pro IMP118 active subwoofer. It eliminates the need for messy, improvised bracing or generic speaker stands, ensuring your array elements stay perfectly aligned from gig to gig. This bar is an invaluable tool for mobile DJs, live sound rental crews, corporate event producers, and touring audio teams looking to deploy a professional line array when flying speakers from a ceiling or truss grid is not practical or allowed.

Buyer’s Guide: Is the Avante IGS205 Ground Stack Bar Right for You?
When setting up a mini line array system, keeping your speaker columns stable on the stage is vital for safety and sound quality. The Avante IGS205 gives you a reliable, factory-approved foundation to build a powerful sound system from the floor up.
- The Safe Way to Ground-Stack: Rather than balancing small line array tops directly on top of a large subwoofer cabinet, the IGS205 acts as a rigid, interlocking platform. It handles the weight and stress of a six-speaker column, preventing the modules from twisting or sliding due to heavy bass vibrations.
- Perfect for Low-Ceiling Venues: Many ballrooms, hotels, and corporate banquet halls have low ceilings or no structural points to hang heavy gear. This bar lets you run a genuine line array system in these spaces, providing uniform audio coverage without needing tall, bulky truss structures.
- Keeps Your Stage Setup Clean: Traditional tripod stands take up a lot of valuable floor space and create a tripping hazard for guests. By stacking your IMP205 speakers directly over your IMP118 subwoofer using this bar, you keep your equipment footprint incredibly tight and professional-looking.
